Neoclassical Architectural Style:
Neoclassical (also called New Classical) Architectural Style evolved in the ancient Greece and Rome. The distinct features of a neoclassical building are its symmetry, pediment, full height columns and cupola. The Roman Pantheon is an example of neoclassical architecture.

The Greek revival Style:
The Greek revival style architecture evolved from the neoclassical style. It has become the most popular in the US where Greek revival houses are abundant. The houses are whitewashed to resemble marble buildings in ancient Greece. It uses round, square and octagonal columns. And there is an entrance with columns. The Federalist Style:
The Federalist style resembles the neoclassical style. The only difference is the absence of columns.
